Doesn't meet up to the hype

I chose Dr. Cole bc he was featured in the cover article of a Chicago magazine that came out 6 months ago. The magazine bit was stacked all around the waiting room, the examination rooms, etc. I was asked literally 6 times how I heard about his office during my visit. It was really annoying. Then he didn't even conduct my exam, a resident did. The whole reason I came was to see this great doctor I read about in the magazine, and then I get some resident who didn't have the greatest bedside manner. Dr. Cole came in for two seconds and asked (surprise surprise) how I heard about his office. Then he talked for literally less than a minute and left. Curt was my overall impression of everyone I encountered in the office, except for the xray tech who was very nice.
