Made the treck all the way up to Rogers Park from the Goldcoast to try this place. Walked inside during lunch hours to see that no one was in there. I thought, "Great. I can get prompt service". All of a sudden, I believe the owner of the restaurant came up to me and said, "We have to cook for a party of 600 people so we're closed today. I can't let anyone in." Why would you (a) close your restaurant because you have to cater; (b) I was by myself; you couldn't feed ONE person?!!; (c) what kind a business are you that has posted hours, leaves the front door unlocked so that customers can come in but then tell them you're actually closed?!!; and (d) this tells me that this is yet another Hispanic business that is fronting itself as a RESTAURANT when it is probably a storefront for laundering underground-economy money so that it comes out clean on the other end. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.
