HORRIBLE customer service/doctor

First of all, when I did my research, I was quite confused by the fact that other entries under the same "The Liposuction & Cosmetic Surgery Institute" title which had mostly bad reviews were closed. Now I understand why. The place has horrible customer service and for the money they charge, I deserve a little bit more than constant attitude. From the super rude receptionist, to the 'specialist' who didn't know much about the procedure. I am quite shocked that they are still in business. Never again!

LOVE BOTOX!

I recently decided to get Botox between by eyes, where there is a very deep crease.. I think this is called 11's.. I was pretty nervous going into the appointment, but Leslie was Great! She is fun, spunky and confident..she did a great job making me relax, which is no easy task.

Got the Botox.. and in just a few days, I can already see a small difference.. and looking forward to seeing the full results in about 2 weeks. Thank you Leslie!!

Not just a spa ...

What more can one ask for? --A martini? …perhaps, but certainly not needed at this Gold Coast oasis.

I'm so ashamed of myself! I'm Correcting my post below.

Boy, was I wrong in my post from below! I completely forgot that I had made an appointment for a Botox follow up, as I was reminded when I called the office to complain that the Botox seemed to be less effective than what I expected. During my follow up appointment, I realized my own spell of complete ignorance, and how safe and smart the doctors really are here. Because some people are very sensitive to Botox, it turns out that Botox should not be dosed the same in every patient, and only a good doctor knows this. If too much Botox is given to a patient who is sensitive, there can be undesirable side effects, such as droopy eyelids. But it's impossible for a doctor to know who's sensitive and only needs a tiny amount, vs. who's in need of a huge dose, cause everyone reacts to it differently. Because I had never had Botox before, a safely effective dose was used, which didn't completely do the trick, but that's why this great group insists on the follow up appointment, with no charge! You see, as I NOW know, Botox does not start working until a few days after injections, so you don't see anything initially. Because I thought my wrinkles were supposed to go away immediately, I thought it didn't work, and that's why out of ignorant anger I wrote the post below! It turns out that the doctor was EXTREMELY knowledgable about Botox, and that it was I who failed to understand how it works. So a few days after I wrote the post below, the result had been given further time to develop, and it was NEAR PERFECT. When I went in for the follow up, the few tiny lines remaining on my forehead were injected, and this was JUST enough to make them disappear the next day! I look PERFECT!!! As for the "lump" on my forehead, it was only a mere needle injection point, which went away by the next morning! Boy, I sure feel like a goof, but I'm glad I can correct all of the mis-information. These doctors are the GREATEST, and I will not hesitate to go there again and again!

• Cons: Only if you have a momentary spell of ignorance!

Bad Place for Botox

This Doctor has no idea on how Botox works. I have never been injected that much Botox. But, no results. Seems like botox is diluted with water !!! Pretty much, he inject everywhere. I had a bump on my forehead. Never never again.

Great Results and Great People!

What a beautiful and welcoming place! Lillian, Leslie, Dr. T and the entire staff are so warm and welcoming. I have had several, non-surgical, cosmetic procedures done and I have been very happy with the results. Leslie is always great. She has given me botox around my eyes and forehead, filler in the smile lines and laser on some dark spots on my legs and the results have always been really great. She is also very honest when she doesn't think you need a procedure so she has saved me some money. Dr. T. has removed a skin tag from just below my lower eyelashes and my neck. He is funny, gentle and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Liposuction & Cosmetic Surgery Center.

I have been going to L&CSI for over 6 years for botox, and bikini and brow waxes. i have had nothing but the best service. the staff is really helpful and friendly, and walked me through the botox procudure step by step before administering. i trust the staff completely and would highly recommend anyone considering any type of procedure to call for a consultation

Best botox ever!!!

i am a health care professional and unfortunately i am a frequent flier in utilizing health services as well so i typically avoid elective procedures at all costs. i broke down and tried botox to help with my crows feet and had the best medical experience ever. Leslie Forrester, RN administered my botox and had a gentlier touch with the needle than ANY physician i have ever encountered!!!! it lasted longer than any other time i had botox and it was the most natural looking. i always get compliments now that people think i look well rested. everyone must go and try her!!!!!! i go to her now for all my skin care advice and services. i've never been complimented on my skin and i get frequent compliments! she is a gem!
