Best doctor i've ever had
by bunbun311
I injured my lower back falling on the ice, and I had never been to a chiroprator before. I had a trip coming up in 2 weeks to sit on a plane for 5 1/2 hours. Dr. Siebert brought me in there and did all kinds of different therapies on my lower back. Before I knew it, the pain was gone completely. This was in November, and now it is May. I havent had any pain since! He goes out of his way to make sure his patients are comfortable, and even after your first appointment, he calls you at home to see how you are feeling. There are a bunch of other people in my office that have seen him, and they love him too. I have since referred him to a few other people, and I rave about him constantly when I hear others complaining about body pain.
The best chiropractor in Chicago!

Dr. Silbert and the Chicago Wellness Center are top notch in my opinion. I have been a customer for several years and he has never failed to relieve by back conditions. His hands are like magic when he does adjustments on me. He is always exploring the latest methods and therapies. He has an amazing array of gadgets, tools and machines to fit almost almost any need. His massage therapist, Kelly, is outstanding.
Besides, I like his sense of humor and look forward to my visits.
A very satisfied customer who will keep coming back.

Quality Care
by dragondove
I strongly recommend Dr Silbert based on his integrity and quality of care that I have received since seeing him on a regular basis for years now. He always is willing to share information and is willing to go to extremes to be as comprehensive as possible with the treatment. I appreciate the wide spectrum that is provided. I have also referred patients to him and everyone has been satisfied with their treatments.
- Pros: Ease of Scheduling, Spacious Facility, Well equipped fitness center/ waiting area.
- Cons: Parking
Have recommended Silbert many times
by citygirl822
The best recommendation a person can make about a physician is to send friends and colleagues to him. I have gone to Michael Silbert on an as-needed basis for something like ten years and in that time, have recommended him to others regularly. This is a man who takes his profession very seriously, but who also looks at the funny side of life. To be able to go to a doctor in great pain and come away not only feeling better but laughing as well is a joy. How many people can say that? I can. And I highly recommend him.
- Pros: Schedule flexibility
- Cons: Parking
Dr. Mike
by tboksa
I was initially recommended to Dr. Mike by family, who definitely lives up to his reputation as one of Chicago?s top Chiropractors. I visited Dr. Mike for an on-going neck problem, and after a short series of visits rather than long ongoing visits like most other chiropractors, my neck has never been better.
I have recently moved out of state and whenever I return to Chicago for a visit, I schedule an appointment to visit Dr. Mike, as it has been difficult to find anyone that compares. He is extremely serious about his practice yet always ads an element of fun and education to each visit. Dr. Mike continues to explore, invest, and utilize the latest chiropractic and healing technology and maintains a qualified staff. He has also helped improve my lifestyle through recommending useful exercises, nutritional, and diet advice.
I continue to recommend my close friends and family to Dr. Mike, both of which are extremely pleased with his practice and enjoy discussing their healing experiences with Dr. Mike.
Dr. Silbert keeps me moving!
by lalbrecht4329
I've been a patient of Dr. Silbert for at least 10 years. I first started to see him after a herniated disc flared up ? I sneezed! I once managed a wellness center in Hong Kong but struggled to find professionals that I trusted in Chicago. After only a couple of visits and several sick days, Dr. Mike had me on my feet. Within about 3 weeks I was playing beach volley, softball and flag football, something I feared while in pain. Over the past 10 years he?s taught me to hear my body when it?s time for a ?tune-up?. I am active sports in my 40?s and people comment on my youthful lifestyle. I thank Dr. Mike every time.
I will say, as a new patient I was a little intimidated by my initial exam. It was lengthy and he was extremely energetic and made a lot of jokes which I really had never experience in a doctor?s office before. I soon realized that, unlike many doctors, he was truly interested in the big picture and had the energy/health I sought. My back hurt, yes, but he focused on my total health, lifestyle and well being. I knew I was in good hands ? hands that were committed to a solution and not just in a payment.
Dr. Mike has a full arsenal of tools at his disposal. He actively seeks out new techniques both within Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Kinesiology, Wellness and Spirituality. He is never satisfied that he knows it all and is always looking for more effective ways to heal. He combines multiple modalities based on the symptoms at hand and is open to feedback if things don?t feel right. He incorporates a mind/body/spirit approach which may not be for everyone but he gets results! My entire family suffers from herniated discs and I, by far, live the most active lifestyle and have the fastest recovery period under his care. I wish I could clone him and share him with my family in the burbs! He?s a true healer.
- Pros: Flexible scheduling, multi-disciplined approach, effecitve results, massage therapists on staff
- Cons: His jokes are funny to me but could put others off - get over it, he's worth it!
Not recommended, go elsewhere

I do not recommend this chiropractor to anyone. I've gone to chiropractors in the past some good some not so good, Dr. Silbert is the later. He was not as professional mannered as I expect from my health care providers. He openly used profanity during my visit to the office I thought I was alone in this but what I see from other posts this is seems to be part of his treatment procedure. I felt uneased with him treating my back. The chiropractors I have seen in the past either come off as truly interested in my problem and come off as genuine or are trying to sell me on their treatment. I felt I was in front of a salesman with this Doctor.
- Pros: location
- Cons: Practitioner
Best Chiropractor in the city!!!
by zachressler
I was in a very severe car accident in 2001. I had not gotten any other kind of treatment for my back and neck since the car accident until I came to see Dr. Silbert. Dr. Silbert is a very kind man. He is very personal with his patients. He makes sure that he calls you to make sure that you're feeling better after seeing him. I do like the different things he has done to make me feel better. Whether it is accupuncture, massage therapy, Heat, or adjustments, Dr. Silbert cares more about Chiropractic work then anybody I have ever met! He's a wonderful Dr. and is visited by my entire family and their friends on a regular basis. I highly recommend Dr. Silbert and the Chicago Wellness Center.
- Pros: Lots of cutting edge technology to make you feel better
BEST RESULTS FROM DR. SILBERT - HE'S THE BEST!
by debbielh0226
Before meeting Dr. Silbert MANY years ago, I had seen other chiropractors. I will never see any other than Dr. Silbert now. He kept me from having back surgery. I was barely walking and now I do everything I used to do, including ski, swim, bike riding, ice skating, etc. Him and his staff have always been wonderful and very professional to me. After my husband had heart surgery with some VERY serious complications, and recovered from the heart surgery, my husband also saw doctor because of being in pain from just laying around and the effects of surgery. He also would highly recommend him and his staff. Dr. Silbert has always been very accommodating, even if I call at the last minute. He makes me laugh too. His office is very up to date with all the latest techniques. THANKS A MILLION DOC.
- Pros: Service, Professional Staff, Very Accommodating
Highly Recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Silbert off and on, for 5 years for a recurring back injury. I have always had nothing but positive experiences with him and his office staff. They are accommodating, as I usually call last minute to try and get an appointment. Dr. Silbert has always impressed me as being intelligent and intuitive when concerning treatment of my injury.
