I throughly enjoy working with Walter. I have been a customer at Active for over 10 yrs, and that is due to Walter. He has incredible knowledge and terrific coustmer service skills. I completely trust his opinion (s).

As for the management..... I know I am not the first one to complain that Active does not have a cashier window. Many times I have chossen to go elsewhere because of the way slow payment process. In and out is not easy at Active.

• Pros: Great knowledge base and customer service
• Cons: No cashier window

Best Service in Chicago

Active Electric is very helpful with all of our electrical needs. They are very professional, as we as very customer service oriented. We appreicate all their help with electrical problems. There is nothing they can't get. Active Electric sales reps are the best in the business.
