After failing two times in the past with other schools, Auto Metro was the one that finally came through.I felt that I was very well prepared for the driving test. Robert and Damian are the best teachers ever. They are very nice, friendly .I would recommend to everyone I know.

Robert is best. He explains things really well, he also made me feel confident behind the wheel. I was able to pass my road test without getting nervous at all. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to get on the fast track towards getting a license.

I Highly Recommend Damien at Auto Metro!

I highly recommend Auto Metro and in particular my driving instructor, Damian Koziel. I had not driven in over 10 years when I began taking lessons with Damian. I was very nervous about starting to drive again but from the very first day he really set me at ease while I was behind the wheel. He has the perfect personality for a driving instructor - even when I made mistakes and he had to correct me on something he did so in a very calm way. I took a total of 5 lessons with him and then I went for my driving test yesterday. I passed with no errors, thanks to Damien!

Auto Metro school is fantastic

Auto Metro school is fantastic and Instructor Robert sir is excellent. I am very scared of car driving. I got trained elsewhere I failed the road test once. I called up Mr.Robert. His training is excellent. I cleared the road test and I did it with 100% perfection which I couldn't belive myself. I am happily going to India to bring my family.

I sincerly suggest to take the driving classes from Robert. He has the best qualities. He gets involved in training the student. I saw driving school who teach for money but Robert is very different.

I still feel lot to write...just imagize my condition before and understand why I feel to write about him so much after getting the license. Its just like passing on good information to people and take the best driving classes.

A big THANK YOU to Robert.

I got my driver's license after taking driving lessons from this school. My instructor always emphasized on the right driving technique. Not cheap, but you'll get your money's worth. If you?re looking for a driving school well worth the money, Auto Metro is it. Now I?m comfortable in a car, even with a bus on the right side and a big truck on the left. I would highly recommend this driving school to everyone I know.

Not a good customer service

Well, I never got to actual driving. I had a 1.5 hour of driving scheduled, but the instructor never showed up, and nobody called me that my appointment was canceled. I've had driving classes that I took in the past, and those instructors would always call when they were 15 min away. This one was disappointing.

Finally!!!

I failed the road test two times before deciding to go with Auto Metro. When I started , I was still nervous, by the end, I was more confident than I had ever been ! I have to give a lot of credit to my instructor Robert. I am happy because I chose Auto Metro. It was very good experience and I PASSSSSSS.

Absolutely wonderful school! Recommend it to everybody!

Before taking the classes with Damien, I have never driven in my life (I am 30). I have to tell you it was great, great, and great! Since I was working, I could take driving lessons only on Saturdays. Auto Metro was always able to accommodate me and offer the convenient schedule. I started taking driving lessons on October 6 and yesterday, on November 16, I took the Road Test and passed it on the first try. The tester at the facility didn't even notice any single mistake! Trust me, guys, it was Damien who convinced me to take the exam. I would probably wait for another month or two. :-) So, the School definitely doesn't make you take any unnecessary classes (as I heard they do at some other schools). Besides basic skills, Damien was able to teach me how to parallel park and how to drive on the highways. He is a very pleasant person and a great teacher. He made everything seem very easy, never got upset (you can imagine how I drove at the beginning) or made fun of me. :-) I would absolutely recommend this school to everybody. If you live far from this school and don't have transportation to get there, instructors can come to your house and pick you up.

As of now, I feel absolutely comfortable in the Chicago traffic. I am not afraid to drive, and I absolutely enjoy it. My deepest thanks to the Auto Metro Driving School!

Learn to Drive here

I recently got my Driving License after taking driving lessons from this school. I had a very good experience with them. I hadn't driven much before but I feel pretty confident now. My instructor was punctual on every occasion and always emphasized on the right driving technique. Most importantly, more than teaching to merely pass the test, I was taught to cultivate safe driving habits. If you are located in the Chicago city area, their location is not very convenient and you'd have to plan your time very well. Not cheap, but you'll get your money's worth.

• Cons: Location is not very convenient if you are living close to the lake or downtown.

Really Good School

I had a "pleasure" to drive with a few driving schools in Chicago and this one is really the best.

After three driving lessons with this school I passed my driving exam easly on my first attempt.

My driving examiner wasn't friendly at first, but when he figured out I took my lessons with Auto Metro, he changed and said that I shouldn't worry to much because this is the best school in the city.
