Courses are available for a variety of experience levels, and almost all yoga traditions are covered, including gentle hatha style and fitness-oriented white lotus flow. Prenatal and postpartum yoga with mother and child are also offered; workshops on labor positions and childbirth support help soon-to-be moms prepare for what's in store.
