I agree with other reviews here about poor service...if you go there more than once, how can you not?? The food is decent, when it's served correctly (I've gone there many times for to-go orders and have luckily gotten in the habit of pulling it out of the bags to check it while I'm still there, as 90% of the time they get at least one order wrong). However, the place is definitely dirty, especially the back hallway leading to the bathrooms and the bathrooms themselves. They must get a barely passable rating from health inspectors. And yes, the manager takes your money with a scowl. I give it more than one star for the times (rare) when they don't screw an order up, for the one waitress who works there who always has a smile on her face (you know who I mean if you're a regular), and for the good variety of selections, especially breakfast fare.
Pros: one decent waitress, good selection, kitcshy decor
Cons: the rest of the wait staff and manager, cooks who perennially get orders wrong
