The people from this store are excellent at helping you out with all your camera needs.

I was so used to taking my camera in for repair at a different shop on the north side but when I take it to Wolf they help me with my needs and answer all my questions.

The lab photo employees are also helpful and go out of their way to make reprints for me on the spot without waiting for days. I highly recommend this store as your one stop for one hour processing orders.

Cannot recommend it.

I've been in this store about five times since moving to the area. I just cannot recommend it. They display products they do not carry. Vacation photos from a disposable underwater camera that I had printed there were so poor, that I'm frankly shocked they did not call me to tell me to forget it rather than printing them. I have found the sales help to actually be rude. Do not go in the store expecting to be acknowledged. Sales help reacts with irritation at the customer when questioned about "dummy products" that are on display in the cases, but are not actual products to touch, and are not even sold at the store. Why are such products displayed? Don't waste your time. There are other camera shops in Oak Park who respond as though they care about your business.
