Fantastic Place

Alexa was great... beyond a doubt, this is place to go. You don't pay a premium for the name (i.e. Jared) and both Alexa/Isaac were very helpful and honest in my selection process.

I LOVE My Dimend Scaasi Custom-Made Ring

Dimend Scaasi is THE jeweler to visit, especially if you want to custom-design your ring. My fiancé bought my diamond from Scaasi but he’s wise enough to know I wouldn’t be satisfied with an “off-the-rack” setting. So after he proposed to me, we went back to Scaasi to design my dream setting. We worked with Alexa Schumacher, who is extremely knowledgeable and VERY patient. I had a vision of how I wanted my setting to look and feel, and Alexa worked with me to bring that vision into reality. The workshop that Scaasi uses to make our setting must be full of talented jewelrysmiths because they skillfully followed all my specifications and created a final product my fiancé and I absolutely love. And that’s not a small order because I had very specific ideas and am very particular about every aspect of my ring. Of course, there were times when I bounced certain ideas off Alexa, who either affirmed my idea or suggested a variation because her experience tells her my idea would not work in the 3-D world. Do yourself a favor and go see Alexa at Dimend Scaasi!

Just picked up!

A couple of months ago I started my search for a perfect engagement ring. After visiting numerous websites and in-store visits, I was left confused, discouraged and a quite frankly very nervous about what to do next. Here I was completely inexperienced in the trade and caught up in a situation where I had to move forward quickly to get the perfect ring and diamond so I can propose to the love of my life!

After an exhausting on-line search I found Dimend SCAASI's web site. The website immediately set them apart from the other 3 dozen or so jeweler websites I had visited and considered for this significant purchase. The ring designs they have are quite special and very reasonably priced. So I picked up the phone and called. I was greeted by Lexi who instantly put me at ease and set up an appointment later on the same day where she showed me several of the ring designs in a live video cast that can be arranged through the Dimend website!!! (I recommend this as a first step even if you live in the area) Lexi was VERY patient with me and we discussed all the details of the various designs and potential options for almost an hour. At this point I was very close to being sold.... but I wanted to be certain I'm making the right choice so I asked Lexi if I could pay them a visit at the Dimend SCAASI store to view the short listed rings in person. Lexi was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. The store is located in a nice setting and the employees are extremely professional and helpful. You really get the sense that they are not out to squeeze every dollar you have out of you - but at the same time they want to be sure they do everything they can to meet your needs. I am very particular about quality and service and let me tell you that the buying experience as Dimend is really something else!

The setting design I ended up with was quite elaborate (more than 40 encrusted diamonds in the setting) but I had one problem - her finger size is a size 3!!! I was really nervous that if the jeweler is not skilled they might not be able to appropriately scale things down with the size of the ring to make it look proportionate. Lexi discussed all the details with me and ensured that it will look perfect with the diamond I selected.

I just picked up the ring yesterday. And WOW!!!! I really have nothing else to add. It is just a stunning piece of Jewelry, art almost!! I never thought that something this small can have such detail and look this good. The next time I need a piece of Jewelry made I am going nowhere else but to Dimend SCAASI. A modern buying experience from start to finish.

Now comes the second phase of my plan - how to pop the question!!!!!!

Great Engagement Ring Experience!

I decided to completely surprise my girlfriend with a proposal, and thus was left to pick out a ring entirely on my own. Let me tell you, this is no easy task for a guy. I went to a lot of different jewelry stores and did a lot of online research. Many of these places had excellent products and services, but Dimend SCAASI was several steps above all the rest. Let me save you guys out there work right now: go to Dimend SCAASI and don't look back, you won't find a better place.

I worked primarily with Alexa, and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and accommodating. Not to mention, she helped me develop the perfect ring for my fiance. My ring was somewhat custom designed, and I gave her a long list of characteristics I wanted and did not want. When I finally got the ring, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Every detail I requested was finished to perfection. I could not have been happier!

As others have mentioned here, there is no pressure to spend more than you want to. I went in and told them my budget from the beginning, and they helped me come in under budget and get the perfect ring. Their loose diamond prices are competitive even with the large online diamond sites like Blue Nile, and their diamonds are much cheaper than those of many other jewelry stores I visited.

My experience with Isaac was limited, but during the time I did spend with him he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bottom line: my fiance absolutely loves the ring and constantly gets compliments on it. Furthermore, I feel like I got an outstanding value. There was not a single negative aspect to my experience with Alexa, Isaac, and Dimend SCAASI. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Very nice experience

Being my first time buying a diamond, I was a bit nervous about the whole process and how to avoid being taken for a ride. Alexa at dimendscaasi was very accomodating to the process and even talked me down from the type of stones I was looking for. After a few meetings, I decided on dimendscaasi for the stone and ring, and haven't looked back. She (the fiancee) absolutely loved the ring and I am very happy with the ring, stone, and warranty. Recommended for everyone!

The best!

I just wanted to write to confirm what the many others have already posted: the experience of buying an engagement ring at dimend SCAASI is amazing! I just received the engagement ring that I purchased from them and couldn't be more pleased! Alexa helped me through the entire process and her expertise, advice and honesty was much appreciated. Isaac ( the owner) also introduced himself and offered some advice. I left knowing that I had just picked out the best ring for the best price and even enjoyed doing so! They have my highest recommendation and future business ( wedding bands )!

Best buying experience ever

The ring is beautiful. Everybody that has seen it since we announced our engagement has nothing less than rave comments regarding the ring. From the initial visit to finally receiving the ring, the buying experience was the BEST I've ever had. High quality diamonds/rings at a very good price. Isaac has my continued future business as well as a recommendation to anyone that is thinking about proposing. Thanks for helping make this a memorable moment in our lives.

Awesome place

My girlfriend and I purchased a diamond from Marta and were extremely pleased on how helpful and polite she was. We have been shopping around for a couple of weeks now and have come across a lot of jewelers who would have said anything and everything to make a sale, where Marta did not. We really appreciated the attitude and politeness she had toward us and how she took the time to answer all of our questions. These attributes are hard to come by and this is why I plan on shopping at Dimend SCAASI in the future and look forward to doing business with Marta again.
