I remember way back when Aurelio's was located just down the street in a small restaurant with people lined up outside waiting for a table. Their pizza was great then as is now. This pizza has flavor compared to other places and the right balance of ingredients so there is a compromise of flavor. Those who don't like the taste of Aurelio's probably were raised up eating food from a box or can and wouldn't know great taste if it fell on them. I tried a lot of pizzas in my time, from the "City", to the suburbs, and Aurelio's is simply the best!

I love aurelio's pizza. They have the best pizza ever. I would know I've live just about everywhere in IL and the best pizza is always at Aurelios.

Aurelio's Pizza is pretty good..I can't say that it's the best I've ever tasted. One thing I have always loved about their pizza is their cheese. It's definately high quality. I have even had their pizza delivered to Michigan and the pizza was good, but the cheese was exception. Sounds a little weird, but it's the truth

A little expensive, but great pizza! The stuffed is the best I have ever tasted. The people were friendly, and very nice -- great customer service.

Aurelio's is the best thin crust pizza I've ever had! I grew up with it, so I'm a bit biased, but my husband grew up just outside NYC. He now says it's HIS favorite! We miss it terribly out in Oregon. Will someone please open a franchise out here?

Ive tried Aurelio's several times because people always talk it up. Each time I am always disappointed. I keep thinking maybe Im getting a bad pie but its the same thing every time. The pizzas are just average, and to be honest the sauce is way too sweet and the sausage is second rate. It is in no way the best the Chicago area has to offer. I think its a step up from Pizza Hut, if you want real Chicago pizza Beggar's Pizza is a sleeper spot but makes one of the best pizzas on the south side

Pros: fast service

Cons: average pizza

I really don't see what all the fuss is about with this place. All the locations taste the same to me. The pizza sauce really tastes like a can of cheap speghetti O's, minus the O's. It's a nice place to be at but really the food is just average. After people talk it up so much it really just makes it that much more disappointing. There are much better places to go on the South Side.

Pros: Nice large restaurant

Cons: Overated Pizza

Honest, I've lived in Chicago and the south burbs...I've had all of the big name pizzas all over the city. No pizza on planet Earth will ever taste better. Believe it. Make a trip to the Homewood location, it's the best. The antipasta salad is good too.

Pros: Best Pizza Ever., Arcade., Lage restaurant.

Cons: NONE., NO., NO.

Oh how I miss this pizza! It is the only "real" pizza for me. I have tried to find something like it and have yet to succeed. The crust, the cheese, the sauce (perfect, not to sweet or spicy) and the toppings, they are the best. Having eaten this pizza, nothing else measures up. I moved to Central Illinios in 1999 and would take a weekend and go get me some pizza! I even would bring some home with me to bake later. Then in 2002 I moved to the Seattle, Washington area and how I miss Aurelio's! Someday I will have it sent to me, but it is a bit costly to do that. So for now I just miss it.

Pros: Great Food, Fast Service, Great Prices

Cons: Too Far Away
