I enjoyed my visit to Harrah's Casino earlier this month. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of Pillows! The tub is very deep so that you can emerge yourself and let all your troubles flow away.

I didn't realize that Illinois had so many nice folks until I arrived at this casino. The people were so polite and courteous.

I had breakfast there and the buffet is very good... so much so that my wife wanted to drive back out there just to have breakfast.

• Pros: Free valet parking for hotel guests; Great breakfast buffet; great rooms; professional and courteous staff.
• Cons: People so nice that you feel guilty if you don't tip them.
