Best barbecued ribs in town!

This is one of the best barbecued rib place in town. The ambience is great - casual dining. You can also get burgers, roasted chicken, and other menu items but they are best known for their barbecued ribs and pulled pork burgers.

Best BBQ place

My family and I love going to The Patio. I usually get either the Italian beef or Italian sausage, my parents get the ribs, my sister gets the Monterey burger, my brother-in-law the ribs & chicken combo, and their three kids get the chicken strips from the kids' menu. Give me the Italian beef or sausage, topped with the magnificent house bbq sauce and a Dr Pepper and I'm good to go.

Down and dirty- good bbq. Healthy portions. Fantastic pork. The ice cream cones and delicious cookies are a great meal topper.

The Best Ribs - Anywhere

BBQ ribs are one my absolute favorite foods.

I have traveled all over the world and eat out about 90% of the time.

Wherever I go, I almost always try the ribs if they are on the menu. I have yet to find better ribs than at the Patio.

Patio rocks!

A great rib place, and the burgers are excellent too. The place is very busy, and a busy restaurant is a sure sign of quality, when the business is over 20 years old. Highly recommended.

Over Rated

If you like tough ribs and bland suace and enjoy overpaying for it then the Patio is your place. prices at this place are a joke. Ribs are way to tough for my liking. Over the years this place just keeps going downhill.

The Scene
From toddlers to frat boys to cardigan-wearing grandmothers, just about everyone seems to dig this south suburban Bridgeview eater. In the atrium-style space with high ceilings and tall windows loaded with faux foliage, diners order food from one counter and grab beers at the bar. Sports fans and news hounds keep an eye on one of the seven TVs scattered around the room. Food delivery is lightning-quick, which keeps regulars happy and eager to return.

The Food
Messy, fall-off-the-bone baby backs slathered with spicy brow-mopping barbecue sauce are the must-have here. Crunchy potato pockets filled with cheese and jalapenos are satisfying alternatives to poppers, while lemony, roasted chicken oreganato alongside orzo-laced, rosemary-chicken soup comforts with pizzazz. Calorie counting? Bite into the lean, pulled pork sandwich or the feta-flecked Greek salad with piquant red wine vinaigrette. For dessert, chuck the diet and indulge in the luxe, exceedingly dense banana cream pie parfait layered with custard and bananas and sprinkled with cinnamon.

THE best ribs in the state

If you go anyway BESIDES Patio for ribs, you are wasting your time. The sauce is award winning, the ribs are juicy beyond belief and the service is second to none. There is a reason the line is long at all their locations - everyone in line knows they are about to taste the best around.

De-lish!

By far, the best ribs I've ever eaten. I've been going to the Patio for over 20 years. I've tried ribs at other restaurants, other cities. None of them compare to the Patio. The atmosphere is a little noisy but the service is prompt and courteous, the food is delicious and you can't beat the prices. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won't be sorry.
