My boyfriend and I stayed here for New Year's Eve. The room was really tiny, it was really disappointing. Also, they had said that pool was going to be open when we made our reservations a couple weeks ago. To our surprise when we got there, they said that the pool was closed. So, we had to use the pool a couple doors down. It wasn't nice walking in the freezing cold. We went to the party they were holding in the lobby and most of the people were coming in off the streets...and they weren't the most classiest people. To say the least, we had a horrible time here and it wasn't worth all the money we spent here. The only thing that was nice about this place was the lobby.

Amazing banquet hall

I used them to host my daughter's graduation party when I had multiple family members flying into town. They did a great job of attending to all of our needs. The concierge is incredible and they gave all of our guests deals on local dining, shopping and entertainment. I will definitely recommend them, but not for cheap functions.

A hotel for cool people.

My first experience at a W hotel was in Chicago. When I went to the bathroom I was surprised to look up and see my sister in law washing her hands through the glass. Right away I was wondering what was next!

The rooms were fresh and felt like a trendy NYC apartment as opposed to a typical hotel room. My brother was paying for the room so I got to stay there for free but after that, I always thought the W hotels would be on the top of my list to stay and I recommend when friends come to town to stay there.

• Pros: GQ Atmosphere!!!
• Cons: nothing
