There's no place to park, so we paid $11 to park in a garage around the corner, since we had heard so much about the place. Got in line and some guy came out and told us they were on their last batch of caramel and he didn't know if we'd all get some. He suggested we go to the Michigan Ave store. We were pretty close to the front of the line, so we took a chance. One hour later (no kidding, it took them one hour to serve the six people in front of us!), we got to the counter to find out that we were out of luck. We wouldn't have been so irate had the staff not been made up of the laziest, most indifferent, slow, slow, slow bunch of numb-brains we had ever come across. I don't mind waiting, but I do when it's because the two girls behind the counter are busy talking to each other and standing around, instead of actually working. I wonder if the owner has a clue about what his staff does when his back is turned. We will NEVER go back. Pros: It smelled good.
Cons: We didn't get to taste what we smelled, because the service STINKS!
