Worst location. The service at this location is terrible. When you call they're rude, when they screw up they blame you, and the pizza quality varies. I've used this location mostly for catering, and they've managed to screw up 3 times in less than 30 days. You tell them a delivery time, they come 45 minutes before the designated time, so pizza gets cold, clients are not happy. They screw up the pizza order, and tell you the manager took the order and you ordered wrong. They never offer to remedy the situation, they just sit on the phone bouncing all complaints and errors off them and back on you, the customer. Save yourself from the bad service and mediocre pizza and try another location.

Local favorite serves up stuffed and thin-crust pizzas as well as a variety of Italian favorites.. In Short
Red-and-white tablecloths, family-sized tables and friendly staff contribute to the convivial atmosphere for those dining in, but this popular local restaurant chain is a favorite for takeout, too. Thin-crust pizzas are cut in squares, heavy on mozzarella, easy on sauce. Stuffed pies are flaky-crusted with ingredients that include fresh pineapple, shrimp and classic pepperoni, onion, green pepper and the like. Other popular plates include sandwiches (Italian beef, sausage, meatball), salads and a plethora of pasta dishes.

Best Pizz in Chicago Hands Down. Giordano's pizza is the best pizza in Chicago or anywhere for that matter. I went to Connie's with friends the other night only because they invited me and it was awful. It tasted like plain tomato sauce and breaad. Giordano's has the best sauce and the seasoning is awesome. They have huge chunks of sausage and whenever I get pepperoni they jsut pile it on. I like to get onions, pepperoni and sausage. I always have mine delivered and the delivery service is very good. My pizza is usually hot and I live a few miles from this location. Now, they have other items on the menu. I love their salads! They have a good chocolate cake and Eli's cheesecake, but I usually just get an extra large thin crust. Try the stuffed pizza. It's very good, also. You won't be disappointed and I think that they have delivery almsot everywhere in Chicago proper. One time I had guest and they were vegetarians. I ordered an extra large, thin crust with just cheese and mushrooms on one side and sausage and pepperoni on the other side. Well, they made a mistake and put pepperoni all over the pizza and my guest had to pick out all the pepperoni. It was awful! I called and complained and they offered to bring me another pizza, but it was very late. Instead I got a credit for a whole pizza. When I called back they only had a $10 credit, but because I had remembered the exact amount which was $23.65 (which was the price of the pizza without tax and delivery) they believed me and gave me the $23.65 credit towards another pizza. Then, I ordered another one a few days later and they still had the $10 credit up and I excepted it, too. That was cool! So, they really try to give good service. I have no complaints. I love Giordano's!

Horrible Service. I live in the neighborhood and am always horrified at the awful service at this location. While the pizza itself is good, the staffs attitude (including the managment) is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered a pizza for delivery on 2/10/06 and they delivered it to the wrong address (all the way across town)! When I called the restaurant to inquire about my pizza, the staff blamed me! Of course, when I'm hungry I just love to order a pizza and have it delivered to the wrong address---are they serious? All in all, eat Giordano's--just not at this location.
