Portillos is awesome! I love going there with my parents! The just opened up one in Crystal Lake (I live in Lake in the hills so it is close) but I use to go to the one in Schaumburg. My mom doesn't like it much because everything is separate but my dad tells her that it is based upon business lunches, and not based upon families. It is family safe, but no kids meals. You seat yourself after you order and get your food.
Pros: freshness, food quality, taste
Cons: price, the ordering layout, everything is separat
