1. They do not allow you to test ride the bicycles before purchasing, which is a bad policy. I didn't realize this until I had a bike picked out. 2. I spent over $300 on a bike that was advertised as being for urban riding and had two flats within a week of purchasing the bike. The day after purchasing the bike the break pads loosened up and were rubbing against the wheel. If a bike tire pops every time it crosses a small fragment of glass, then it's not really made for city streets, is it? 3. The bike shop was unwilling to pay for any of the following consecutive 6 flat tires that occured within 2 1/2 months. Will not return to this shop and cannot recommend...
