The high level of attention I received at this tranquil loft setting made me feel like a celebrity for an our. The level of detail and technical prowess of my stylist Noel surpassed even my highest expectations. He put forth a great deal of pride into his work and was preoccupied solely on achieving perfection, rather than his next appointment. As such, I give high marks and would recommend BH to the individual with exceedingly high standards whom is tired of paying inflated prices for "second-tier", uninspired performance.

My girlfriend just got the most amazing cut and color at this salon. I met her there to take here out, she looked awesome! I was nervous, as she wanted to cut it short. But they are great. She saw a pictures of a red head on their website, and they totally made it work for her. I have an appointment next week! Bruce
Pros: Very skilled and creative staff. EL right outside!
Cons: none

I have been a client of Bailey Hughes for three years now. Excellent hair cuts and color. Their new location is inviting, yet urban. Excellent service everytime.
Pros: Skilled stylists, location, value
Cons: none

I just got my hair cut, this place is a definate find. Most salon's I go to, hurry through the appointment to get to the next client, not here. The service was relaxing, with good conversation. I also was asked what type of music I would prefer to listen to while I was there, excellent benefit.
Pros: atmosphere, length of appointment, relaxing

I saw an artice on Bailey Hughes in the Sun Times. One of the stylists' uses this awesome flat iron. I made an appointment immediately. My hair is very coarse and curly. I came out of the salon with shiny, beautiful, straight hair!! I couldn't believe it! I never have the time to do this myself, but I will be returning to Bailey Hughes again. Everyone was also very welcoming.
Pros: hair straightening, welcoming, evening appts.
Cons: none

I was refered to this salon by a friend of mine. She is always talking about how much she enjoys her salon and stylist. Well, I took her advice and I had a wonderful experience, my color and cut were exactly what I wanted. The stylists that worked on me were very attentive to what I was concerned about and the result was incrediable! I am so happy I took my friends advice.
Pros: attentive stylists, friendly, location

Rude staff of 2 people. Could it be any more empty. These people aren't doing anything right. They can't keep a staff or give a good color. I spent $200 and had to go to another salon for a redue. I went to salon Orbit. They did awesome.
Pros: none
Cons: rude, no talent, bad music

Attractive and tranquil space. Perfect music. I enjoyed peacefully reading and sipping tea for an hour without the usual cacophony of noise one usually finds in salons. Nice people too.
Pros: relaxing enviornment, friendly, Aveda products
Cons: a little hard to find

What attentive and talented people they have there. It felt very exclusive tucked up above street level with stunning city views. I usually have my hair done in Manhatten and sort of poo pooed Chicago as the number three city. I was pleasantly suprised.
Pros: great urban feel, exclusive feeling, great value

I finally found a place that gets it. This place is completely void of prima donnas and attitudes. I received excellent attention from every person that I came in contact with. The receptionist set the stage by giving me a brief tour and getting me a drink. My colorist and hairdresser actually shook my hand and consulted with me face to face. I hate it when they stand behind you and talk to you in the mirror. I also love the loft with all the natural light and seeing the skyline! I will definately go back.
Pros: individual attention, no attitudes, welcoming
Cons: not street level
