Risk-free fashions for men and women woo the cable-knit crowd.

The Scene
Limited-edition Land Rovers line up for mad-plaid corporate clothing with Park Avenue prices. Hailing from London, the store serves up style for those with a fondness for polished, Wall Street-ready fashions. The helpful, hurried staff is occasionally less than friendly.

The Goods
Synonymous with rainwear fashions, the clothing smacks of Scottish kilt revival. Classically styled, the luxury shoes, shirts, outerwear and suits for ladies and gents have a widespread and conventional appeal. Simple tartan accessories, including cozy scarves, top off signature trenchcoats. Colors are not flashy--navy, tan, black and red dominate the racks--and boast a debutante allure. French cuffs and cuff links are commonplace, but dark, brooding menswear shows off rare flair.
