Good views and location

I stayed at the Sheraton Towers and found the hotel enjoyable. The hotel is located right on the river and is walking distance to many of the fine attractions that Chicago has to offer. The hotel has a nice workout center and a bar in the lobby. My room was average size, but provided outstanding views of the river and downtown Chicago. The crowd in the hotel seemed to be a high percentage of business travelers and convention folks.
Comfortable hotel for hard-working business travelers and leisure guests looking to relax.

Came hear on business last minute...all the hotels that I wanted to stay at were all booked up so started searching and the Sheraton Chicago Towers looked very nice in the pictures...beware! When we checked in the hotel lobby is very nice (looks recently renovated) and checked us into our room, we specifically asked for nonsmoking and then checked us into smoking which smelt so awful I thought I was going to get a nosebleed, they switched us into another room with a view of a dirty roof..then I realized how misleading the photos are on the website compared to what they look like in person..horrible...the only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable....I don't want to be a superficial but definately not worth $399 a night! Stay at the W or the Westin instead!
- Pros: Comfortable Bed
- Cons: $399 a night for this well below average hotel!

Six of us ladies spent four nights here. It's a great location; close to everything without having to walk too far. The rooms were clean with plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. We had great views. Service was good everywhere, except it was pretty slow at the "express" restaurant down on the river even though it was not busy. We got a good rate through Southwest Airlines. I would stay here again
- Pros: Good location, Good Service, Comfortable
Wonderful

I just had a great weekend. We stayed at the Sheraton and I will stay there again on my next visit to Chicago. You can't beat the location. Close to just about everything. We walked to all our destinations. Two blocks to Michigan Ave, two blocks to Navy Pier. The beds are so comfy I didn't want to leave the room. Room service was excellent and quick. Excellent view of the city and lake. Next time we will ask for the other side of hotel because they had just as good as view (river, lake, city). Our check-in/check-out was a breeze.
- Pros: Location, View, value
- Cons: , Ice machine broken, beds too comfy

I travel 100+ nights a year and this is the best hotel I have found in Chicago. Everything about it, location, service, you name it, everytime I go to the Sheraton Chicago they take care of me.

I found the Sheraton Chicago very nice and classy. The service was great and the room was very nice. The location is great for going to many attractions.

I stayed there recently and was satisfied, not impressed though. The staff was curious, but not overly pleasing. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes in line to check in on a Friday evening (7pm) as they only had two people checking us in. Then 4 more came out of the woodwork, as if they had been on a break. After that, it was a nice weekend stay, easy access to my car in the valet garage, and easy access to 'shopping, wining & dining.' The rates were reasonable as well.
- Pros: Close to Michigan Ave, Comfortable, Great View
- Cons: needed more staff, lines
