I got a brazilian wax done here today. Diane is fast and hilarious, sweet and professional. Diane knows what she is doing and make it as painless as she can by talking to you. She also do the most perfect eyebrows!!

I absolutely like this place. My nails look so good after i get them done there. I got a manicure here and this place is simply the best you can find! Reasonable price and excellent service.

affordable for both Brazilian bikini wax and nails

On my anniversary day, I went to this place because I wanted to be able to afford both a Brazilian bikini wax and to have a set of pink and white nails. The waxer was busy so I have to sign on the waiting list. She did a great job and it was a really good price. The pink and white was great and look just like my real nails. It was a great bargain and worth for the trip to the loop.

worth signature pedi

my partner and I just had the signature pedi last week and it worth it. They allow us to bring a bottle of wine along and they provide us the pair of cup and wine opener. The place is not look like the real spa but We had a great time there.

This is not a spa!!!

I booked a party at Diana's Nail and Spa and was incredibly disappointed. The facility does not look like the photos on the website. This is actually a nail salon, not a spa. They only reserved 90 minutes for my entire party and spent all of that time rushing us and even denied services to 2 of my guests despite having very little business that day. They advertise private parties, but other patrons were booked and served. My guests and I had a terrible time and felt like we were not welcomed. I would not recommend that anyone book a party here.

Great Waxing Service!

I've been getting my waxing done here since I moved to Chicago - for over two years now. I do both the brow and full bikini service on a regular basis. Diane is fast, her work is fastidious and the prices are reasonable. Her method also minimizes the "ouch" factor (believe me, there are are many more painful ways to do this, at more expensive prices just for the waxing, instead of the $40 Diane charges). I don't know what the last reviewer was saying about $145? At Diana, you can get a mani/pedi, brow/lip & bikini wax for around $100 plus tip, which is reasonable. Additionally, unless they are having one of those spa parties that everyone's raving about, it's always pretty easy to get an appointment (If you go and see that they are having one, come back another time). Mani/pedi services are good too; the polish lasts forever.

• Pros: Fast, reasonable, accomodating
• Cons: If you're looking for a cushy salon feel, this isn't it.

I love this Nails place for a bridal party. Every one of them is so friendly and it is so reasonable price. We came here over the weekend for a bridal party and it was a blast! Thanks for hosting us at the last minutes.

First time wax= Great Place

I got a "full monty" which is my whole "bikini" area waxed. The full monty was $50... which i guess is reasonable. This was my FIRST wax. When i walked into the place, it was nothing special. They werent that friendly. BUT Diane (the waxer) was very professional and did a VERY good job. Its kind of like get in and get out because they are busy...And honestly i didnt want to stay there any longer than necessary.. The wax was quick and got the job done, Diane tried to make it as painless as possible for me which was nice because i was very nervous. so all and all im very happy with the result and will come back again and again. OH AND FOR ANY WAX JOBS MAKE SURE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE ITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

disappointed

If Diana's is supposed to be reasonably priced, then waxing in the USA is a huge rip-off... $145 for less than an hour's worth of low-skilled labor? You'd think that for that price they would at least do a thorough job, but not at all... it was rushed, painful and shabbily done... my bikini front is lopsided and the back... well let's just say that upon closer inspection, I'm thinking of going elsewhere to have it done properly. I get a perfect, thorough, almost painless wax in Paris, France for half this price.----------------------------------------

As for the signature pedicure and manicure... it was a bit rushed, the massage chairs are pretty lame and the technician did not properly clean the exfoliating scrub off of my hands so I have little bits of grit in my nail polish that I didn't notice until after I had left. ----------------------------------------------

In the end I feel like I wasted 200 bucks... could have done a better job myself with an epilady, a nail file and some polish.

Great deal mani and pedi in loop

Thanks to co worker for recommending this nail salon a few months ago. This place is great! friendly & welcoming, the staff does an immaculate job on your hands and feet. Mani & spa pedi for $37 is the best deal in the loop that I see so far.
