Cleaningforce bad idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful PR, no return calls if a problem exists, lousy workmanship, demand payment before the work is done. Crew don't know or claim not to speak English.

The company has no concern for the quality of work performed.

Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service...they try their hardest

I have hired a couple of cleaning services, and WorkForce more than any other company, really tried to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Noone is perfect, but their housekeepers did a really great job on my condo. They weren't on a time limit, which is nice...considering some services leave after 2 hours even if they aren't finished. And they bring their own cleaning supplies if you don't want to supply their own. You can schedule appointments online, pay with a credit card and leave permission to enter the apartment with the doorman, so its really easy once you sign up for regular service. I definitely recommend them.

• Pros: Good price, good value - will provide laundry service for a fee if you ask
• Cons: Won't set a cleaning time, except for the first clean at 9 a.m.

AVOID THIS CLEANING SERVICE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I used this cleaning company and was shocked by their lack of professionalism. They arrived 35 minutes late, sent one person instead of two, and she didn't even do everything that was advertised on their website. The cleaning ended up taking 3 hours instead of 1 hour like they had indicated. And then I asked them to have the owner call me, and she never did!

I would say, given the number of other cleaning companies that exist in Chicago- go with someone a little more reliable and professional.

Avoid Workforce cleaning

Overall very poor job. Workers are nice-but do not speak english. Had to be directed to do certain work. Left prior to cleaning windows (interior), cleaning floors, etc.

Showed up two hours late (had a window in the AM) showed up two hours after that window ended. Called main office-told not their problem.Manager was very rude-turns out he is related to owner...

Cheaper than some competitors-but you get what you pay for. i would not recommend them.
