Claudia Skin Care Center is one of the best places I?ve been to. Claudia is the most kind and giving person I have ever met! Claudia and her staff work very hard! Claudia has always honored her gift certificates, plus when purchasing gift certificate it says in the brochure and on signs by the desk (where you purchase them) that they are ONLY valid for 9 months. And they as well record when gift certificates are purchased specifically for this reason when people ?try? to get a freebie. So please remove the previous review from CarolBillie because it is completely false!

Poor customer service

Very rude. Totally unprofessional. Refuses to honor her own gift certificates for products, and voids them on her own although the cert has no expiration date and is less than a year old.

Sorry Carol you think that we are rude and unprofessional; but we have never met face to face....?

Sandy our Manager has tried to tell your secretary to use her certificate towards Skin Care Services;

even though the Certificates expired in 9 months, according to our policy; we did want to honor it;

except your Secretary refused to come down town; and insisted on us sending her Products by mail

which we could not; without analysing her skin type.

This gift Certificate was a barter towards legal fees; and the sale of the house failed; it did not go through.

Best Skin Care in Chicago

I have been going to Claudia Skin Care for the past 5 years. I notice dramatic difference in my skin after about two facials with her. Now my skin is clear and smooth. People always compliments on how good my skin looks. I have very sensitive skin and can never find any product that worked for my skin until Claudia advised me on what kind of products to use. Her skin products are the only thing I use. My skin has changed from been oily to balanced and even. I am only in my early thirties but I definitely glad that I started going to her when I was in my twenties because compare to all my friends my age, my skin looks and feels so much younger. I recommend her for any type of skin care. If you have sensitive skin, problem skin or just want to prevent your skin from aging, Claudia will advise you and help you select the right product.

I have been going to Claudia Skin Care since 1990. Claudia specializes in excellent healthy skin care. Sandy, gives excellent facial/peels and she is the only person I let wax my eyebrows. I have recommended and sent friends and relatives who are now clients of Claudia. Their sevices are professional and courteous. I have left CLaudia and shopped thru the mall and was asked, "Who takes care of your skin? or Who did your eyebrows? I highly recommend Claudia Skin Care to Afro-American Women. Your skin will look radiant.

I've known Claudia for 25 years, she is a PROFESSIONAL and an EXPERT in her field with an amazing warm personality....through the years I've had many treatments on regular basis from microdermabrasion to Earopean facial...I have great skin and look younger due to her expertise advise, treatments, and great products.

She is constantly remodeling and updating her aquipments with the latest models and products.

I'm extremely satisfied and highly recomment Claudia and her sister Sandy for their servises.....

I started going to Claudia Skin Care f 20 years ago because of my Acne problem,

as a teenager I have tried several salons and products, but noone was able to help me as much as

Claudia, she was not only helpful, understanding but very sympathetic to a major issue

with a teenager.

My Acne is totally under control, I am extremely satisfied and thrilled with results

and recommend Claudia to any person with or without Acne.

I have known Claudia for over 30 years, she has taken care of my skin ever since, I am nearly 57

years old with clean and smooth skin, she has a beautiful Salon , she is constantly remodeling and updating her equipments with latest models.

she and her sister are extremely customer oriented, I just love to go there, have facial and

relax. Her products are great as well.

I highly recommend Claudia Skin Care to any person looking for beautiful skin.

Best permanent make-up in Chicago!

After some major researching across Chicago-land, I saved the best for last with Claudia! I am SO HAPPY that I scheduled a consultation for permanent eye-makeup. She made me feel extrememly comfortable on my first visit and we tested out colors to see what would be be fitted for my olive skin. She was extremely gentle and explained the entire process. I just had my eyebrowns and lower liner permanently applied yesterday and I am at work today! Very minimal swelling and I rec'd the dramatic look I have been looking for!!! I plan on always going to Claudia and her sister Sandy for all my beauty secrets!

Best place to get quality skin care

I've been to many places for facials and always thought it was great, but after Claudia's I finally know I've ound the best - you must try their deep pore cleansing, you will definitely feel like your skin is clean and see immediate results. I've since then, had the microderm abrasion and not only trust their suggestions but find that their knowledge of skin, as well as their quality products and equipment are by far the best I've ever received. Claudia and Sandy are friendly, caring and very helpful, with no pressure to buy, I would recommend this place to anyone who cares about their skin and doesn't want to settle for fancy, over-priced showplaces.

Best quality, attention & personal service

I went there based on comments I read and found that it was everything they said, I felt like I was given personal attention and great advice. I found that there knowledge and treatment of skin was proven by the results I received. I found that they used good quality products as well as equipment, it's a small place, but that's what makes it feel so personal, they genuinely care about you and your skin. I would recommend their deep pore cleansing to start you way to beautiful, clear and radiant skin.
