There is certainly nothing fancy about this place and they are not the most conversational of people but they do good work and are friendly enough. I think there is a bit of a language /custom barrier and can see how some people think the staff comes across as unfriendly or rude but if you take the time to talk to them, they are pretty nice. I think the price is much more decent than the rest of the places I called in the city and am glad I found them. Otherwise I would have been stuck driving out to the burbs. My final fitting is this Friday and will update this if the experience turns sour. The past two times I have been there have been fine.
Pros: Good price for the city, fairly easy street parking, no nonsense
Cons: Difficult to find at first- it blends in with the rest of the streetscape
