Best Wedding Accessories

After shopping to all the department stores with such disapointment, my co-worker told me to check this boutique out for accessories for my wedding and OMG...

I could have stayed all day looking at their unique gems, but needed to finally pull the trigger and make some decisions. The staff is fun and friendly. Bought beautiful silk shoes, a feathery fascinator for my updo and drippy earrings that I can't wait to wear. I would definitely recommend to all brides and in general to anyone wanting

to pretty things to wear!

• Pros: Great selection, fair prices, fab service
• Cons: Wish they were open later...I'm a night owl!

Best Place to find the wedding shoes of your dreams!!!

I wear a size five shoe, so when it came time to purchase a pair of shoes for the biggest day of my life I did not know where to turn. A person from White Chicago, where I purchased my wedding dress (best place to get a wedding dress) suggested I check out The Left Bank. There were so many choices of wedding shoes in one place, I did not know what to do with myself. After choosing a few pairs that I liked, I was informed they did not have my size in stock. The owner of the store had me put down a $30 deposit (which if I didn't use towards a pair of shoes I would have bought something else) and ordered the shoes in my size. To make a long story short and numerous differnt pairs of shoes that had to be ordered, I finally purchased my wedding shoes yesterday. The owner went above and beyond to help me find and order the perfect pair of shoes and when I wanted to give up, she kept me going! The owner kept me informed through email and not once did she ever forget about me (it took me about four months to find the right pair of shoes for my wedding). The customer service is beyond wonderful here and I highly suggest if you are in the market for a pair of wedding shoes to visit this store!!! And even if you don't need shoes, they have so many other wonderful things not only just for weddings, but just for fun.

Unique store, with great service

Everyone at The Left Bank is extremely dedicated to working with the customer to figure out what they need and then helping them to get it. They are very helpful in gift selection, even if you don't have a clear idea going in what you want to get, and have a wide variety of unique gifts to choose from. They are also very patient and make shopping a pleasant experience, especially for those who don't shop that often. They also package and wrap gifts beautifully.

• Pros: Unique gift options, patient and helpful service.
• Cons: Parking can be an issue, as it often is in Lincoln Park.

A Rare Find-Don't Miss It!

After a terrible experience buying my daughter's wedding dress at Exclusives for the Bride, I didn't think honest retailers existed-I was wrong!! The Left Bank is not only charming, reasonably priced, and fun, but the owner, Susan , was wonderful, helpful, and delivered on every promise she made-and then some. We purchased my daughter's veil and shoes, and were more than delighted with the quality, price, and service. Businesses like this deserve to be frequented. Check out the jewelry! My dream store!

I want to live in this store! There's nothing quite

like it in Chicago or anywhere, well maybe

Paris! I've been shopping for wedding accessories

all over town and everywhere I travel to as a

consultant and they have the best selection of

headpieces to choose from. I bought my veil there, my bridesmaids jewelry, flowergirl tiaras and they wrapped them beautifully for me. It saved

me a huge amount of time and their prices are

fantastic!

Love this place!

I've shopped all over Chicago and the country

for that matter for my wedding accessories and

bought my tiara, veil, jewelry and gifts from The Left Bank. I'm telling you, it's the best, and a really

different atmosphere. Every time I went in was such a positive experience. I'd highly recommend

this boutique to all brides!

The Goods
The bridalesque goods are a welcome departure from traditional department store accessories, and are generally lower in price. With many years of experience in the business, Jablonski can replicate any veil or headpiece from a photo or magazine clipping. Or you may just need help choosing an accessory theme--like antique or gothic. Tiaras--made of pearls, crystals or colored gems wrapped around sterling silver wire--will make you feel like a princess. My favorite Chicago store!

I've been shopping here for years...just did most all my holiday shopping here and just got engaged! I will definitely buy my wedding accessoried here. My wedding will be in a year, but they are having a Tiara Trunk show on Jan 25-26, 03...Bride's, check this place out!
