I have gone to this cleaners for 4 years and now I am moving to West coast. It was the only place I went to since I moved in to neighborhood. As a regular customer, I wanted to show my appreciation for their hard work and let people know that I have had the best cleaners experience with them. They do things a bit differently than most cleaners and have many things that worth to be mentioned, such as they - accept credit cards - have a computer system and keep track of orders - have good communication (prompt calls with price or any issues) - can open house account for you - good alterations - doesn’t mind to deliver your clothes is special circumstances

After moving into the area, I decided to try Lucky Cleaners, boy was this a mistake. Not only were they more expensive than other cleaners in the area, but they overcharged me on several items. They refused to refund the difference when it was brought to their attention. After that issue happened, I checked into another site and found out that Lucky Cleaners' reliability report was unsatisfoactory. I wish I would have done more research on this cleaners before I took my cloths to them. Avoid Lucky cleaners.
Pros: shop was clean
Cons: Expensive and will not offer any type of refund when overcharged.

It is hard to find a good and reliable dry cleaner these days. We moved to the area more than two years ago and tried out four places. Clearly, Lucky cleaners stood out by it cleanliness and its non-traditional business approach. This place is owner-operated, computerized and has excellent service, both in terms of cleaning quality, reliability and customer service. Also, I have to note that they are well known for their neat alteration work in the area. Even though we sold our place there and moved to Lakeview, we still use them. Just get to drive up on weekends. No wonder this place has a great business, because people just like us have a hard time to leave such finding!

Not only do they not charge very much, but they are the ONLY cleaners in Chicago who don't ruin my shirt collars. They put in plastic shields to make sure that everything looks perfect. Great service and amazing value. Regular customers are given blue laundry bags; very nice.
