very satisfied. we were very satisfied with service from this hotel. Rooms inside were clean and area was safe. It was on the south side of chicago and about 1/2 hour from michigan. Bus ride was fine.This hotel does not look as nice on the outside but we were very satisfied with the inside. I was concerned with other reviews but trust me - you get more than what you are paying for.…

very nice. The hotel was very nice, the rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, everything worked perfectly, from the bathroom to the ac to the free Internet. They even had a free shuttle to downtown and uchicago, which was very convenient. Don't walk in expecting Four Seasons--this hotel is along the lines of a Holiday Inn, and for the price and location, can't be beat.…

can't be beat. My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the service can't be beat. Each staff member we talked to was friendly and helpful, they suggested places to eat and what to do & see while we were in town. My company is planning on having a meeting in Chicago, I am definately going to put in my 2 cents worth and tell them we should have it at this hotel…

My wife and I would stay here again. We needed to be close to the University of Chicago and Hyde Park and the Ramada Inn Lake Shore offered excellent accommodations at a reasonable rate. The staff is an added plus and they made every effort to take care of our needs. My wife and I would stay here again even if we didn't need to be close to the south side. Lake Shore Drive makes all of Chicago accessible, from Hyde Park to Evanston. It's an older property but with folks like Angie and Earl taking care of us it was just like being with family.…
