Worst service ever. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH'S CAR STEREO INSTALLATION SERVICE. Their service is abysmal -- slow, inaccurate, and impolite. To simply have a stereo and speakers installed, I had to return to the branch multiple times. Ultimately, I spent 11 hours (& 2 hours in travel) waiting for installation on a job that should have taken 2 hours. Any big-box store that has an associated installation shop has little incentive to provide as quality services as stand-alone stores, and, as a virtual monopolist, certainly has the luxury to charge above-market prices. This experience exemplified the problems with going to such a store. If I had known the inconvenience this experience would involve, I never would have set foot in the store.
