Grande Steak Bruuito Supreme with rise inside please. That is the order I place every Saturday night when I go there. I have tried everything at least once on the menu and I stick with that because it is more of a burst of Mexican spices and ambiance in your mouth. I typically don't eat in there because the seats are too high. But what they put in there recently, the flat screen TVs with latino music playing constantly, I might decide to dine in. The workers are very friendly might I mention the Cashier is very attractive. You can practice your Spanish with the workers or chat with them in English too. Take some time to watch the TV because there is only one register and it is not uncommon when I go there to wait 5 minutes to order my burrito and another 5 minutes to make it. But the time spent is worth it. This place is low cost though you will go in, order, and when the spices touch your tounge, you will think you should have spent more.

Prepare your stomach for Flash Taco. My boyfriend loves this place but let me tell you, its not good at all. The quality of their meat is horrible, chicken is dark meat and the red meat is fatty. I got a beef burrito and I couldn't make it past the second bite it was so bad. And after that my stomach did not feel right at all, prepare to be in the bathroom the rest of the night! It may taste great when your drunk, but what doesn't taste good when your drunk? The only thing that was good were the cheese quesadillas. We ordered delivery and it took forever. The food was sloppy and obviously no care went into it. I've been to the actual restaurant it was dirty, poor service, and sweaty men leaning right over the food! So please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for Mexican food.…

Nothing like Mexican food after the bar. I've only been to Flash Taco after long nights of boozing, so I'm not sure how it tastes when sober. However, when I'm drunk, it definitely hits the spot. It's fast, cheap, and open late. Great post-bar taco joint.…

worst service ever. A few friends and I ordered for delivery which took over an hour to get here. Then we were missing part of our order and some of what we got as incorrect. So I called so we could get the rest of it, we were willing to deal with the wrong part, and they told us they couldn't do anything about it, they were too busy(we're less than two miles away). He repeatedly refused to do anything about it tonight, but offered a credit on the missing items for tomorrow. the manager was conveniently out for the night. So I got off the phone figuring i'd call the manager tomorrow about it and of course i was left without a receipt.

Flash-tastic!. Not only is this place situated in a great location, it has great hours (open late!), and great food. As soon as you walk in, the decor is authentic and unique... there's a mural that pays an homage to Mexico and Chicago! On the weekend, it might be a little packed, but the wait for food is well worth it, and the prices are good. If you're in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area, you definitely gotta check this place out...…

FLASH TACO#2. This is the best fast Mexican food restaurant I have ever eaten in. The service was great, help friendly and food exceptional. The taste and quality were more like a "sit-down" up-scale place. The serving sizes were very adequate and the price VERY good.

For the tast and quality of "home-cooken" at a cost LESS than "home-cooken" I highly recomend Flash Taco!…

too busy, don't care about you..... not overpriced, but definitely overrated. these guys work hard, but there is absolutely NO quality control. i used to frequent this place, but it is really going downhill. the staff is overworked and rude, and the meat seems to be getting worse every time i go there.

don't ask for special orders, they'll screw it up. just too much going on, and these guys can't handle it. why should it matter to them, it's the busiest intersection in wicker park, they don't NEED to be good. it's really too bad, i used to think this place was a step above mediocre. i was wrong.…
