Racist and Sexist ! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB !!

I had my birthday party there on the 30th of OCT. 2009. I made arrangements with one of the promoters and I didn't get anything that I paid for. I witness security turn around two gay guys and they denied my friend's boyfried to come into the club who is causcasion and she is african american. This club is suppose to be free before 11pm but I watched them hold their guest outside of the club from 10:30 until 11:10 pm just so that they could charge them. Oh and they still charge $10 before 11pm. My friend had her wallet stolen there and the thief charged over $600 on her card while in the club. I guess it's not procedure to ask for a ID when the card blatently states to ask for one on the back of it. The waiters, securtity, promoters and the cleaning guys are all RUDE. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never go there again if my life depended on it. A total waste of money and time. I hope they shut this place down.

Worst place to party in chicago

This place is the worst place to party in Chicago. The staff is extremely rude. I threw a party this year and we had a open bar package and they would not let people with the open bar package walk around the club. If you had a open bar package your were only suppose to stay in one area and people who did not have open bar could not come into that area this was ridiculous and childish. This place reminds me of a teenager club like zero gravity. I offered the manager $1000 to let people walk around the club and she denied it. Bad business move. This club is definitely going to close down soon.

rude, unproffesional, and no right to be pretentious

I am extremely disgusted with this place. I spent two weeks planning my sisters birthday and had everything confirmed, when i came to the door the host saw my group (i had a mixed group--indian, black, chinese,etc) they all of sudden said they didn't have my guest list at the door. They were "all of a sudden" sold out but mind you they were letting everybody that was "right people" in. This place is completely unproffesional and they said so at the door. They were supposedly celebrating their 10th anniversary and I hope once you read this, that they do no last another year.

• Pros: none--lucky that i didn't snap at him at that spot
• Cons: rude and unproffesional to indians, blacks, chinese, and mexicans

Worthless

WORST place I have ever been too. I have gone out to basically every club around the area. New Years Eve.....supposed to be fun...NOT HERE. They made everyone WITH TICKETS AND WITHOUT stand outside in teh freezing cold for an hour before you could get in. I got there at around 9:30 and didnt get in to get my first drink until 11:00. Thats pretty cool considering that I paid them for a free bar from 9-12. AND to make things worse...I had a party of 22 people and we got a $700 dollar table with a bottle!!! What a horrible excuse for a club. Do to this miserable time, I'll never give them a cent more of my money. DO NOT waste your time overpaying and getting the type of service you would expect while standing in the unemployment line!! Worthless.

Hottest Club In Chicago.....

This place rocks! I've met more stars at REDNO than anyplace I've been to. Girls are hot, music is on point, and the atmosphere is BLING BLING! This place is totally Primo.

Great Energy

The music is AWESOME on both Fridays and Saturdays. Great energy and drinks (but pricey) and nice eye-candy. I recommend this place to out of town friends always...especially since they changed promoters and new ones will do group deals at door - probably only if you come with hotties though.

Looking for HORRIBLE service? This is your spot!

I've lived in Chicago all my life (29 yrs) and this may be one of the worst "clubs" in the city. The service is nonexistent and if you do have to interact with the employees, they are very rude. The location is not that great, since it is out in the middle of nowhere on Halsted St. A valet or a cab is practically a must. Don't waste your time or money here. The music and Atmosphere are ok, but the prices and service are so undeniably poor, why should you wast your time?

It is easy to see why this place only gets 1/2 full on a weekend. Stick around Hubbard Street further east for better nightlife. Think Cabaret, Moda, or virtually anywhere....

Rude staff, bad music. What more can I say? The drinks are lightly poured and the prices are steep. Watch out for all the kids from the burbs.

Great Music; Fun Crowd

Definitely my favorite club in Chicago with the best music and new Djs nightly. Sure it is crowded (who wants to go to a club with no one in it?) and sure there is a cover, but the music and crowds are great and worth going back to. I went on a Friday and again on a Saturday and this place is by far the best bar and club in Chicago.
