A great place to eat!. If you are a regular at this diner, you will be greeted by name when you walk in. If you're there for the first time, you'll feel like you've been there before. The service is friendly and quick, but they don't rush you out the door. There's always someone buzzing around ready to re-fill your cup, or bring you whatever you need. The food is great; fresh, and served the way it should be. My family and I have been dining at Uncle Bill's consistently for the last 4 years. Every Saturday and Sunday; sometimes during the week when cooking at home is not an option. You'll get home cooking without having to prepare, or clean up. The mild back and forth banter between the employee's provides a good chuckle. The pricing is not expensive. If need be, they even deviate from the regular menu. We have never received food or beverage that tasted or looked bad. They have 6 booths centered in the restaurant and tables along two walls. You can also sit at the counter. A section of the counter is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted until the new law goes into effect January 2008. It?s a comfortable atmosphere, and yes, the best kept secret in town.

Patty Melt is to die for... you owe it to yourself ... very cheap. Okay this place is like a dirty little secret that no one wants to pass on just because it will get even more crowded. But it still captures the essence of what American Diners used to be in the 50's and 60's . Realy great food . Extremely friendly and gracious people... it's like a family business. What's more amazing is how tha staff entertains each other with their good spirita and that actually entertained me... Come'on where do you see such people these days. Food portions are plenty for a 300 lbs man. Please please please try the Patty Melt, it's to die for??? I am hooked on it , I crave it atleast 2 times a week and then...... like..... nature calls I gotta go ! This place is a B I G B A N G for your money !
