A mind-boggling beer selection, 200 to be exact, along with popcorn and live music, make for quite a night.

The Scene
Quenchers Saloon is big and big on bottled beers--about 200 in all, plus 18 on tap. Check out the selection on the large blackboard behind the bar: Most of the brewing world is represented up there, including finds from Guatemala and Shandong, China. Outside the windows, the shake and rattle of CTA buses adds to the urban-gothic din. The after-work crowd is a mix of neighborhood working stiffs, commuters changing buses and new residents of the fast-changing neighborhoods just a few blocks away.
The Draw
On weekends, the beer selection packs 'em in, drawing more of a young professional crowd. The food menu features little more than the house chili and sandwiches, but you do get free popcorn to whet your thirst.

ROCKS!! Have been there once and had a great time...there was a great band and great service and LOTS of fun! Can't say that I don't like it at all...hell, I tell people to go there and enjoy an evening all the time! FANTASTERASTIC
