Worst Service in Chicago. I love Giordano's pizza, but this particular restaurant is absolutely dreadful. Front counter staff are the rudest employees I have ever encountered and the wait staff is not much better. Because I like the pizza so much I have been there 5 or 6 times and ordered takeout several more times, but the constant horrible service has driven me away for good (and I live 2 blocks away). Best Pizza I've had so Far. I'm from Los Angeles and during a recent trip to Chicago I stopped by this place for pizza. Being from California where the Pizza is mostly greasy and and bad crust I'd have to say this was the best pizza I've had so far!! No Longer Something Special.. This restaurant used to be one of my top choices for taking out-of-town guests for a sample of a thick and juicy Chicago style pizza. During my last three or four visits, they're service has been poor, and the food has been terrible. I have consistently received almost no attention to my table, despite there not being many people in the restaurant. Also, the pizza has arrived cold, with the cheese only half melted consistently within the last few visits. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating, anymore. Definitely go somewhere else.…
