What's that moving in my fried rice?

I used to absolutely love this place until I had a business partner wander through the kitchen one evening. His stories of unwrapped food and small visitors hanging out made me NEVER order from here again. What a waste of some good chinese. Gives me the willies to this day.

Not good

Just finished eating... well as much as I could stand anyway. Ordered chicken lo mein and chicken w/ broccoli... the only difference between these two dishes was that the chicken lo mein came with "ramen" noodles. I've never had either dish with a broth-colored sauce. Perhaps the "lite" in the name also refers to the color of the chicken which was darn near white. Do I have to go back to Jersey to find good chinese food around here? Fast service, but not good.

Greasy, nasty food

I tried Chinalite several times when I lived near there, and each time got worse. It was always super-greasy and lacking in flavor. I was shocked to see it scored so high by other users! Stay away!!! You'll regret it for days if you eat here.

I love 'lite!

Best Chinese Ever! Orange Chicken, General Tsao's, and Awesome Mu Shu! The food is anything but greasy, they cook with light oils, and give huge portions! Tons of veggies and everything is very lightly breaded. The crab rangoon are huge too. My go to for chinese

Worst Service Ever

After being a loyal customer for 5 years... I will never eat here again. Their customer service is a complete joke.

Chinalite forgot to put a Diet Coke in my order one night. I thought, no big deal, I won't make them drive all of the way to my house for that (it was snowing and gas costs). I figured, the next time I call they'll take care of it.

Seven days later: no dice. They lectured me that I shouldn't expect a can of Diet Coke if I didn't call to complain the same night. What? I let it slide to make it easy on their delivery schedule and this is what I get. My orders average $22 2-3 times per month. Over a $.25 can of Diet Coke, this is how they'd treat me (and any other custmer)? I cancelled my order and told them to get bent.

Very good food

We order at least 1 time a month and I think we have been disappointed 1 time. The food is is yummy. Give it try.

i dont think this place its worth the try

I order some food for delivery. After over ah hr, the driver arrives with the food cold, greasy and disgusting....I asked if he can redeliver some decent food for me and the manager (a jerk) was too busy arguing wiht some other customer on the phone, put me on hold for 5 mins and then did not even offer anything to ease my frustration. The food is cheaper than most other reputable place in the neighborhood but I really don't think a 2 bucks saving is worth the agonny.

their worst service that i never have, and alway have mistake on my order, sometime missing egg roll, sometime they put the wrong order.

Great Expectation

This restaurant was excellent, with friendly staff and wonderful food. I was thoroughly impressed and will be back.
