The most fun i've had in wrigleyville

Seriously how old are the reviews on here? Has anyone been to Hi-Tops lately? They have a brand new bar with a brand new attitude! Cover is only for special events and not necessarily on all game days. When I was there they where giving out free shots, girls are dancing on the bars, and the bartenders never seemed to miss a beat! I work in the industry and those seem to be the most important things for a good time. Not to mention they have all these new specials everyday of the week! Expensive? I think not! I say for a great time in Wrigleyville go there!!!
- Pros: Always a good time
- Cons: Can't say I had any my experience was great
Rowdy Wrigleyville sports bar packs 'em in tight for games and dancing.

In Short
Framed jerseys and sports memorabilia line the walls of this two-story bar; college-team banners and televisions hang from the rafters. Upstairs features a small bar, two pool tables, two large-projection screens and windows that offer a good view of Wrigley Field's southwest corner. Weekends, DJs spin dance music for throngs of the bar's regular jeans-clad, 20-something clientele. Beer--bottled and draft--is the drink of choice, and appetizers, sandwiches and pizzas are available.

I like the music the dj was playing but outside of that this place sucked. I went here after the game and had to pay a 5 dollar cover. That was no big deal. But when I returned later I had to pay another 5 dollar cover.
Lo-Tops?

Well, lets do a little math...5 dollar cover + (5 dollars for a Corona) * 5 = $30.00...and after all that there weren't even very many girls...This sports bar should stick to what it knows (or at least claims to) which is sports, and stop trying to make itself into a friday night underage dance party. Go here only if you like expensive beer and Loyola Freshman.
- Pros: Big, Cool Location
- Cons: Expensive Drinks, Sausage Party
Best Sports Bar All around

Hi-Tops is the best sports bar that I have been in to yet. Whether its before or after the game, you will always have a good time. Since you are so close to Wrigley Field, you can hear the fans screaming when Sammy hits a home run. After the game is all over, you can come in and party until its time to go.

I live in Dallas now but I'm a Born and bred Chicago boy who misses this joint, great place to watch NFL and College Football Games, all the games on, good bar food, great looking women, and right across from the mecca known as Wrigly Field! Now I'm really getting home sick!! Dallas doesn't have anything on Chicago!
get your groove on!

What can I say about this place? It's one hell of a party here after the games and on the weekends. The DJ Saturday night was awesome and had me dancing all night. He played a pretty wide variety of music and did it to perfection! I've never seen so many people having such a good time! This place rocks!
