I just bought a road bike from On The Route and I couldn't have been happier with the service. The guys at the store never tried to up-sell me, gave me discounts on the bike without asking - when I came to pick it up, after I had already bought it, they took an hour with me to show me how to use the clipless pedals, how to change a flat, and basically went through all things I might need. Fantastic service - good selection of goods.
