Too noisy to sleep. Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep! My parents booked a weekend stay here because their usual favorite hotel in the neighborhood was full, and they didn't even make it through the first night. Even though they asked for the quietest room, they could hear the EL thunder by every few minutes, all night long. It was so unbearable that they called me in the middle of the night and told me to set up the futon. They checked out first thing in the morning and never looked back. Don't stay anywhere else!. This place is in the heart of all the action and an upbeat neighborhood with the most friendly and welcoming concierges. Ask Michelle anything and she will know, and if she doesn't she will get on her computer and find out, with a quickness! They even print boarding passes. We really love the friendliness of the staff. Very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean! Breakfast is nice. Rates go a little higher during weekends but it's definately worth it. A bit noisy on West side because of EL. Great Service and Location. Excellant service and very freindly staff. The front desk staff always said "hello" Location was great. Close to the L and the gay neighborhood.
