Never again will I use this company.!!!! Mid-June we contacted them to powerwash and stain our deck. They were to come on June 30 to powerwash and then stain as the weather permitted. FINE! On June 30th the 'technician' came to powerwash. After repeatedly contacting them as to their schedule for finishing our deck we were told that they would be out on Weds July 9th to finish. I come home on the 9th around 4PM and the Deck Tech truck is in my driveway with a bunch of guys milling around. I go into the house for 5 minutes come back into the driveway and they are gone and my daughter tells me Deck Tech is on the phone. Turns out that the prior product on our deck is not compatible with their product and they will now have to powerwash the deck to AGAIN to get rid of the old product. WAIT A MINUTE...shouldn't that have either been done on the 30th OR shouldn't someone have let us know of the potential problem. And the best thing is now they want an extra $200 to powerwash the deck .correctly...... WHAT????????????? Oh yeah and they swear they asked us if there were another product on the deck, to which we would have said yes, gee why lie, BUT THEY NEVER ASKED US!!!! Hmm guess its the consumers job to know what the company needs to know So now I've had a deck devoid of furniture, my kids pool etc since June 30th and we are stuck doing this ourselves unless of course we want to invest another $200 and another 1 1/2 weeks to DeckTech....I think not I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.....
