Don'ty park at ParkOne unless don't value your car! In August, my wife and I stayed at The Hotel Congress downtown Chicago. We parked at ParkOne. The attendant conduct an inspection of our car and noted a scratch. The next day when we picked the car up a hub cap was missing. The General Manager, who's email address is payoukhana@hotmail inssited that they (he and his staff) thouroughly searched the garage and could nopt find the hubcap and proceded to suggest that it fell of and we did not notice it. Do not give ParkOne the satidfaction of your business
