Absolutely the most professional staff and reasonable prices at the convenience of being in downtown Chicago, Biznet Cafe has helped me the most in times of crunch! I was scheduled to make an improtant presentation to a major client in downtown Chicago, a day after a long weekend. Therefore, my family and I spent the weekend in downtown and for some reason, the hard copy of deck for my audience had not arrived in time. Ash was about to close the shop before I walked in. Instead, he graciously helped with the copy job and binding them, while I was listening to the coolest jazz music. Biznet Cafe helped me save my client as well as enjoying time with my family in downtown Chicago. Besides providing Internet and printing, they also specialize in computer repair, upgrades, etc. During one of my visits, they helped me remove the virus on my computer, while I was surfing the net on their computers. I hope to come back and visit them again soon....at least to print my boarding pass and chat with the trendy locals!
Pros: Very professional, good service, great music, good prices
Cons: Found it by accident! Not much advertisement
