I found that the manager was helpful with his knowledge to explain what needed to be done to my car. My car was fix and did not experience problems afterwards. I recommend this place to my family and friends. NO one has complained and love that fact they can be taken care of and not feel like your being taken advantage.
Pros: Honest work
Cons: may have to wait ,but its worth it

Don't go here. I went in for routine maintenance and came out with brakes that failed suddenly during morning rush hour. Their response? They denied all responsibility and told me the problem would cost upwards of $1500 to fix. When I got angry, they suddenly realized they could fix it free of charge. Curious. I took the car to my usual mechanic who said that he works on hundreds of Hondas (like mine) weekly and has never once performed the $1500 "remedy" that Car-X said was my only option. It's well worth it to head up the street to Ashland Tire & Auto and avoid this place entirely.
Pros: None
Cons: Car came out with more problems that it had previously
