Wicker Park's best club
by GorgeousGirl at Citysearch
This is my favorite club in Wicker Park and probably the best bar in the area for a girl to hang out at. Its really cool - lots of rock and dance music. If you dont mind 'hipsters' its a neat place to spend the evening. Drinks are pretty cheap and it has a very pretty interior. I once went in here to hang out and Lindsay Lohan was inside so the place was so crowded we had to leave - but other than that its an amazing nightclub. Wednesday nights are the best - burlesque girl rock show with a funny comedian guy as the host. Its cool!
- Pros: Best club in Wicker Park
- Cons: not a lot of rap music
I'll Stay Home Next Time
by ClassyBA at Citysearch
I can never get the image of two sweaty drunk 19 year old kids grinding on the dance floor out of my mind (Hate bars that don't card hard). The bartenders are always slow and favor their regulars/friends. There is no ventilation - it is always too hot in there. Too many other bars in the area to waste your time at Debonair.
- Pros: On Milwaukee
- Cons: Too Many To Mention
Best burlesque show in Chicago
by ShoppingQueen at Citysearch
I love the No Tell Motel! It happens every Wednesday night at Debonair. It's a burlesque show with stunning girls dancing to rock and techno music. Unlike a strip club, these girls don't get completely undressed, but they do comedy, choreographed stunts and circus style tricks instead. They are gorgeous girls who are very charming and keep the audience going crazy. The host is a really funny comedian who wears a fake mustache and screams at the crowd to get them excited. Its a great show!
- Pros: No Tell Motel On Wednesday night
- Cons: Burlesque is only one night a week
No Tell Motel is amazing!
by LumbardRocks at Citysearch
I went and checked out Angela Eve and Eve's parlor last night at the No Tell Motel [Weekly burlesque show at debonair every Wednesday night]
It was incredible! The show was very good - the girls were all gorgeous and the host was hillarious. I'll definetly be going back!
- Pros: Incredible contemporary burlesque w/ punk rock flair
- Cons: Its not every night
Great music with good drinks

I loved this club but I couldnt move while I was there. it was a great place to meet a girl, but a bad place to get to know here - to loud and crowded but loads of hot young girls. great place!
- Pros: Good songs
- Cons: To crowded
People actually danced and got over themselves
by askyouingray at Citysearch
We just wanted to go and hang out, have a drink and dance and this place was awesome. Music was sweet, drinks were good, people were friendly. We were at another bar before this one that was totally unaccommodating for anyone under 30! I mean, come on, lets get some young-blood that just wants to dance. Go to Debonair and dance your butt off. That's the way we like it.
- Pros: Dance-scene, sweet people
- Cons: its surrounded by totally aweful bars.
AVOID
by grrrrrrrrr at Citysearch
I would avoid this club at all cost. They stole money from my debit card. The customers are lame. The people who work there are even lamer. This was the worst club experience I have had in chicago since I moved here 7 years ago. wow. run in the other direction.
- Pros: please believe me when i say "nothing"
- Cons: everything

Avoid at all Costs

Bar tenders (especially the one that looks like Ronald McDonald) and staff have serious attitude problems. The place should be shut down. It has no business being in this neighborhood or even in this city.
SH it bar.

We went there and it was horrible. Miller Lites were $5 and there was a $30 minimum for credit cards. The bartender told an african american patron standing next to me that "you're going to have to wait since I don't expect a tip from someone like you." Needless to say, the guy was not pleased. Regardless, the service was slow and there were 2 bartenders serving the whole bar. Good thing they had like 7 bouncers out front though.
