Unfortunately I do not live in Chicago, because I have received the best haircut experience in a hair salon at Fringe in Chicago. I was squeezed in with Winter about three months ago, and I wish I could fly her overseas to cut my hair again... If you are a man who wants your hair cut with a beautiful girl who can cut hair extremely well, then you would be crazy not to go to HER. *Sigh*
