We requested tree service just before the storm that felled a lot of trees. They had already driven by our house and left us an estimate. Needless to say, after the storm CTTS asked us to give them some time since they were swamped with so many emergencies. No problem. However, when they did call us back to schedule the appointment to do the work, they didn't show up or call. This happened twice. Once they did arrive to do the work, they were very professional, removed large branches that had already been lying around our yard, apologized for the wait, charged us less than the original estimate, AND sent us a gift certificate as a "thank you." Now THAT is how to make it up to a customer, and show us they care about our business. No need for us to shop around for any other tree service in the future.
