Runaround

This company couldn't even keep the INITIAL appointment! They kept rescheduling my appointment and each time it was a different excuse. I told my wife if they can't keep the initial appointment imagine the runaround we'd get if we hired them!! I would NEVER recommend this company!

I asked them to come out for an estimate on a window and a sliding glass door. They missed their first appointment, they did call me an hour before they were due to arrive and told me that they would have to reschedule. I agreed for them to come out a few days later, but again during the middle of the day during a work day. A few hours before that appointment, they called and asked if both my wife and I would be there. I told them that I was working from home but that my wife was out of town. They told me that it was a company policy that both people be there at the time of the appointment. This was the first time that they told me this, and the second appointment that they were blowing off. I told them not to bother. These people were pushy and irresponsible. If you want good customer service, quality and expertise, and a fair price, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!
