Stay away from this Insurance Company. I was with this company for 1.5 years because it was so cheap, but I might as well have thrown my money away. At the time that you sign up for the insurance they are super nice, and then they start finding nit-picks with your insurance so that you're not covered. I had my insurance under my name because I thought this was the logical thing to do, and after A YEAR AND A HALF they tell me that if my car is under my mother's name, then the insurance should be too, even though she never drove it. I had been paying full cover insurance only to be told that if I were in an accident, I could not be covered because of this mistake. When I asked how was I supposed to know, she said it was my responsibility to know these things.

Obviously, I cancelled my insurance, and because I had paid so much, I was entitled to a refund. This refund is the hardest I have had to get. The customer is NEVER right here. Because I knew how sneaky they were, I made sure I wrote down their names, dates I called and time and what each of their associates told me. Every time I called they told me that the previous person I talked to was wrong, and would give me a new wrong way to solve it.

Needless to say, even though they charge large interests when loaning you the money in advance for a year's worth of insurance, I didn't get any interest for the money they owe me. It's been four month since I cancelled my policy and I still haven't gotten my refund. On top of that, every time I call I get blamed for something the past associate did, and so according to them, it's my fault I haven't gotten the refund.

These are irrational people, do not try to reason with them. They are rude and incompetent. One of the worst services I have EVER received.

Their BBB record shows that 19 complaints have been filed against them in the past 3 years, so that alone speaks to how they take advantage of their customers.

I wouldn't recommend this insurance even to my worst enemy.…

The lowest price & best service out there. I've been with accurate insurace for 2 1/2 years & had 1 accident in that time and the premium still went down after 6 months & the claim service was A++ they are the best in Illinois, the staff @ accurate is very friendly & helpful. keep it up!!!! They did it all. They did it all. They got the best coverage, rate and policy for me. There are a lot of insurance companies out there but none offered me the friendly, professional and efficient service that Accurrate Insurance did. I have recomended them to my friends and family and have already had two of them switch insurance companies to Accurate. Accurate makes the whole process easy with their on line system and they get extra points from me for their highly orriginal advertizing (have you seen the bill boards?).…

Best Customer and Claim Service!!. I called more than a dozen Chicago insurance agencies looking for the cheapest car insurance premium and came across Accurate Auto Insurance Agency who beat every ones rates. I have been insured with Accurate for a little more than two years now. This winter I was involved in a car accident with a uninsured driver, when I called Accurate to report the accident I was very impressed with the customer service and how fast my car was fixed. I can't say enough about Accurate's customer service and how cheap their insurance rates are!!…

We like to hold onto your money as long as you can then charge a service fee. I was a customer for this company awhile. I decided to change because I wanted my home and auto to be under the same company. I renewed my policy with them right before this decison about a week before it would go into effect. The company was not open during the weekends. so I called monday to tell them I wanted to cancel. they told me it would take 30 to 45 days to get a refund. Apparently they have to wait till the refund is on the invoice of the insurance company.

1. They should of never paid the insurance company since I canceled right away.

When I finally got the refund they charged me 75.00 for a "policy fee". Read the fine print. Problem with that is that they never "obtained" insurance for me because I canceled it before it even started.

There are alot better companies out there then these rip off artists.…
