If you are looking for experienced, professional grooming services, look no further. We brought our kids (two Yorkies) and could not have been more pleased. They came out looking like a million dollars, and smelled great, too. The staff members were extremely pleasant, and obviously love animals. We would not hesitate to use this business again for future services!

Nothing less then five stars for this place. I could talk fo rdays about how great this place is. They are everything my dogs need and more. Clean Friendly Dooggie "special needs" friendly Parking available Reasonably priced My two have been going here for about a year now. They know you when you come in and they know your dog. If I don't go for a month they still remember me and my dogs. They take time to work with and understand my senior mill rescue and they genuinely care about each dog. I have talked to other places in curiosity mode and no one even comes close to the full package the Barking Lot offers my dogs and I.

I took my dog to get groomed and the staff was rude and unprofessional. First impressions are important and this place left a foul taste in my mouth. The appointment I had set was pushed back and it seemed as if I was to work on their schedules and not mine. They were suppposed to provide a service that I was paying for and should have accomodated my dog and I. The Barking Lot is not so hot. Will not be back!

The Barking Lot has a huge, safe clean facility and a friendly attentive staff that cannot be beat! When my dogs are there I can check in on them during playtime with their web cams. One of my dogs is a puppy mill rescue and needs extra attention but they have made her feel safe and secure here. The staff here makes sure they get to know each and every dog and adjusts their service accordingly. My dogs get so excited when we pull up to the front of the store and come home happy and tired. Their store is amazing and the staff knowledgeable of it contents. They have a large array of services to make sure you and your dogs get everything you need. I have used them for boarding, daycare and grooming and I recommend them to everyone I know with a dog.

I've never had any issues with Barking Lot. In fact, I took my dog there because I've tried other places and was not happy with the level of care they took with my dog. The webcam is a great feature that allows me to put my mind at ease. And, the daycare and boarding is not super pricey (boarding includes daycare). The people there have always been great to my dog. I'm really surprised to hear anything bad about the place. My dog always comes home tired, not sick (unlike some other places I've gone to), and smelling sweet (and I never got him groomed before leaving). He can't wait to go back!

we boarded our dogs here a few of times in spite of the high costs because we thought our dogs would be happy in the nice facilities. however, the woman behind the counter was was downright rude everytime we went there. twice my dogs were returned to me smelling of urine. the people who handled our dogs were different every time. the doorway always smells of urine. and after having my dogs groomed by them once, i never trusted them again. i felt that my dogs weren't getting proper, trained care, that the customer service was very bad, and that the facility was not trustworthy overall. i will never take my animals here again.

Love the Barking Lot! They are so great to our dogs, one is a foster for a rescue. You can watch your dogs at home on the web cam, which is great if you are out of town and wondering how your dogs are. They have a great selection of dog food, treats toys etc. Nice people that seem like they really love dogs!
