This place is great if you want an excellent cleaning job done on your vehicle for a good price. Other places would charge $20 for the job Norwood does. The staff have a very organized cleaning "assembly line" system working for them. Besides that, I like the fact that my 11th wash is free, via a free prefered customer punchcard. If you are in a rush, do not come here since their is bound to be a line of loyal satisfied customers waiting there turn outside. They also take the appropriate time to get the job done right! Management always makes sure you are satisfied. If I ever have a "spot" issue, they take care of it immediatly! NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE!

Cons: Potential long line of loyal customers waiting outside
