Not well run, staff is nasty

The classes are adorable, and my daughter did love them, but the attitude was so ridiculously nasty, and it spreads from the management, who refuse to return phone calls, give out misinformation and are genuinely snooty, to the snooty nasty parents. They gave me wrong information, then refused to let my 2.5 year old go to the hour long winter camp. She lay sobbing on the floor, and the woman working there literally stepped over her and ignored her. Then one of the mothers told me I was an "idiot" for bringinng her when she "clearly" wasn't signed up...except she knew nothing of the situation. There are so many great activities in town, and frankly, for the amount of money this costs, I can take her to two other activities that are well run, well staff AND attract a nicer caliber of people. Save your $ and go elsewhere, please!
